You are being asked for an endorsement because someone you know is hoping to land their next job and they believe you can verify they are a good fit for that job. All you have to do is click the link in the email we sent you and answer a couple of questions.

It has taken you longer to find our FAQs than it takes to endorse someone. Please consider doing it.

That's no problem! We hope you don't ignore it completely, just because we want to give the applicant some feedback, but you don't have too. Also, if you don't endorse them, it's your business. We won't tell them about it, so feel free to speak your mind.

Nope. Our goal is to get your friend hired, so we've made it simple on you. I'm sure you wouldn't regret signing up if you did though. It's free. And you can make a lot more money referring other friends and colleagues. Too rich already?

Applying for a job is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. Maybe the person is applying for a couple of jobs at once, or maybe they were turned down for the previous job and found another one. The role of an endorser is to validate an applicant's skills against the requirements of the job. Since each requirement is different, we ask the endorsers to endorse against each job. So, thank you for helping your friend by doing so.

That sounds pretty selfish, AND I LOVE IT! You should get paid for taking time out of your day, so we will send you $50 if someone you endorse gets hired. If you want to make 10 (or more) times that amount, you should think about referring your friend for some jobs. That isn't an exaggeration either. The average Referral Bonus is over $500. We actually pay people a signing bonus and others a Referral Bonus, if they find the right job on iEndorseU, so we don't want people applying for just any job. If someone doesn't match the job more than 75%, the chances of them getting hired is so low anyways, that we don't want to waste anyone's time. So if you feel the person requesting the Endorsement meets less than 75% of the requirements of the job, please don't endorse or so state in your comments.

YES! You should have started with this question. You can make money by referring people to join iEndorseU and who end up getting hired, refer people to jobs on the platform, landing a job for yourself, and by finding a company to join iEndorseU for posting jobs. With all of this money floating around, I'd recommend you take an extra 5 minutes out of your day to sign-up. It's completely free so you don't have much to lose.

YES! We know it is a hard concept to grasp, but we really do want to give you money in any way we can. This Signing Bonus is paid to you from the fees that we collect from the company hiring you. We want to share this with you, the person who referred you and the people who endorsed you. Why? Because all of you made our job easier so we really don’t deserve all of this money.

The majority of the people on iEndorseU already have a job and they use the portal to make some money on the side, making Referrals essential to the success of iEndorseU. Referrers spend time looking at job descriptions and referring people they believe can fit. Without a referrer, you may not have come to know about the job you will apply to. So, why not?

Unfortunately, the bean counters are telling us no on this one, but you know we are all about getting you paid, so try other routes like referring others for jobs, sponsoring other users, referring clients, etc. We give you plenty of ways to earn more.

We want to have another check to make sure you are real, you are who you say you are, yada, yada, yada. If you become a contender for any job, there will be a lot more scrutiny anyway, so why not start by providing this link. In the future, we may give higher preference to users of iEndorseU who have provided this link for weightage in considering their referrals, their application to a job and their endorsements.

Applications that have personal endorsements are 30% more likely to get hired. OK, so we made that number up, but it does help the hiring managers find you better because they don’t have to sort through a stack of JUNK resumes. Your best endorsers will be past managers and colleagues, rather than your mother who is likely to praise you anyway.

You just give us an email address and we will make sure your endorser gets your message. We will send them a couple reminders too, just in case it gets lost in the shuffle. You are free to give them a heads up as well if they don’t respond quickly enough.

The endorser is viewed as someone who is in a position to understand what skills a Job description is asking for and should know you well enough to know whether your background works for that position. Since each job is different, we ask you to get an endorsement from someone against each job you apply to. Again, use current or past managers or colleagues. Your children don’t count as endorsers since they rely on you for too many things and can easily be scared into providing an endorsement.

Apply to jobs for which you feel you are a great fit, and not to jobs where you have some of the skills being asked for. Get multiple endorsements from the right people. Respond to all emails and app notifications as your application moves forward in a timely manner. We’ve made it very easy to check the status of your application, so you can just sit back and relax after you’ve applied. If you don’t see any activity for a couple of weeks for a full time job (or within a few days for a Contract position), you are more than welcome to directly message the hiring manager through the portal, but we also audit all job posting to ensure applicants are notified in a timely manner. Claim your bonus after the appropriate waiting period after you are hired. We will notify you when the time approaches. And spend it well.

NO! We don’t want you getting hounded by recruiters at iEndorseU. We offer a no hassle experience, where you only apply for the jobs you want and your contact details are never shared with recruiters unless you have been shortlisted for an interview. No more late night and early morning calls from recruiters for jobs you don’t want or may even be qualified for. We have banished unwanted contacts from iEndorseU. Sleep well.

If you found this FAQ, you’ve already done more work than what is needed. Click on “My Activities” from the main menu once you’ve logged in to iEndorseU, then click “Opportunities”.

Just sit tight, we automatically message you with progress. You should check the status frequently in your App. If needed, we will email you or call you as needed to get clarifications, schedule interviews, let you know you were offered the job (or not). Always check the “Alerts” section of your dashboard frequently.

The Right to Represent checkbox confirms that you are authorizing iEndorseU to represent you as a candidate for a position with the hiring company. Often a company might receive the same individual’s resume from multiple sources, and since they have agreed with multiple companies to pay a fee if they hire a candidate presented by them. In this scenario, this Right to Represent becomes the “tie breaker” and send you on the way to collect the Signing Bonus and if you were referred for this position, gives your friend the Referral Bonus.

You could be the Swiss Army Knife of job applicants and we wouldn’t want to rain on your parade. Seriously, this facility should only be used if you have worked in multiple areas during your career and you are willing to work in more than one of these areas going forward. Clients like to see a resume focused on their industry and expertise. Having multiple resumes to apply with allows you to do so. As an example many people in Information Technology would have worked in different roles throughout their career (Project Manager, Architect, Senior Developer, etc.) and may want to highlight more of their experience in a particular role in one resume, and another role in a different resume.

It is up to you, but we would use a personal email address because that is where we send PayPal details once someone you refer lands a job and we wouldn’t want our employers’ gear heads to be potentially able to see our business. Now, if only the IRS could also be kept at bay from all the moolah you are going to earn from iEndorseU.

What took you so long to ask this question? You can make even more money on iEndorseU by referring friends to jobs you think they will be a fit for. There is a Referral Bonus clearly marked against each job, which you will get paid if they are hired in this job. You can Sponsor other users to iEndorseU as well who in turn will refer others or apply for jobs themselves. For every user who signs up from your Sponsorship and gets hired through our portal the first time, you will earn $100 as their Sponsor. You will receive this bonus no matter when they are hired through our portal. So why not Sponsor everyone you know and ask them to register, even if you don’t plan to actually Refer them specifically for a job? Or, you can Refer a company that wants to hire through our portal and is willing to pay our very small fee, and we will give you 100% of the Referral Bonus from the first candidate they hire. We are thinking of more ways as we write this to give you even more ways to earn. Sweet!

Generally, you have to stay with a company for 3 months, just to make sure you aren’t working the system. This timeframe may vary a bit from client to client but we will notify you through the App or via email when it is time for you to claim your Bonus and it will soon be on its way to you.

Check your SPAM and mark us as a safe contact. On the App or on the web, your status may be marked as “Don’t Refer Me” under “Settings” > “Account Settings”. Change this. Also under “Settings”>”Email Alerts” make sure you are allowing emails to yourself from iEndorseU. If none of this works, send us an email at support@iendorseu.com and we will get it sorted out…as long as your email doesn’t land in our SPAM folder because we never check that.

That depends. The client may hire you directly as a Contractor, or they may ask us to hire you. If we are asked to hire you, we may hire you for the duration of the contract directly or we may work with partner companies or registered vendors with the client to facilitate the client’s request at our discretion. In any case, the rate negotiated with you will not change and you will be assured payment as agreed.
